About the Opportunity:
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to support daily operations at my small, established spa in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. This position plays an important role in keeping the space organized, clean, and running smoothly so treatments can be delivered efficiently. It’s a calm, professional work environment where consistency and attention to detail matter.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout treatment rooms and common areas
• Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and towels
• Restock treatment rooms with supplies and products as needed
• Assist with setup and breakdown before and after services
• Keep back-of-house and storage areas neat and well organized
• Greet guests when needed and ensure they have a comfortable experience
• Support front desk operations such as check-in, checkout, and light laundry or cleaning tasks between appointments

Qualifications:
• Reliable and professional with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able to take direction and work independently once trained
• Comfortable lifting light loads and being on your feet for most of the shift
• Previous spa, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
